ICI Homes Announces Expansion to Waterset Community
Apollo Beach, FL – Waterset, developed by Brookfield Properties, has announced ICI Homes will be joining the list of seven established, award-winning builders in the highly desired, master-planned community.

ICI Homes, a top 100 Home Builder in the nation for over a decade, builds customizable single-family homes and is expanding in the Tampa market. In Waterset, they will offer 6 floorplans ranging from just over 3,000 square feet to over 4,000 square feet, with prices starting in the $700s. Pre-sales are expected to begin in June/July 2024.
Construction will begin soon on one of their most popular floorplans, the Kelli, which will be featured as a model home.
