Real Resident Morgan S. Explains Why She Chose Waterset
For Morgan S., living in Waterset can be summed up in one word: community. “I think that there’s an unmatched sense of community here,” says Morgan, a young professional living in Waterset. After living more centrally in Tampa, Morgan chose to venture to Apollo Beach due to Waterset’s strong sense of community, appealing amenities, and convenient location. “I chose Waterset because of the community itself… There’s really nothing else like this area over in the Tampa area,” Morgan explains.
It also helps that Morgan’s father lives in Waterset too! “My dad and I like going for walks on the trails or sometimes we’ll go up to The Landing and grab a drink or grab a snack after work.”
In addition to hanging with her dad at The Landing, Morgan is also able to work on the café’s free WiFi. Morgan explains that it’s a nice change of scenery when she’s working from home. The trails also provide a welcome getaway during long work hours. “Living in the community and working from home is nice. If I ever want to step outside and get some fresh air, there’s lots of opportunities for me to do that.”
Overall, we think Morgan describes the Waterset lifestyle perfectly. “We have everything we need right here - the amenities, the cafe, the trails. Everybody’s super friendly and the activities like the food trucks and different events that we have here in Waterset really builds that sense of community and makes you feel welcome.”
