Our
vision for Waterset is for it to become a real town, one that starts
with a sense of arrival, of coming home, with tree-lined streets and
meaningful landmarks distinguishing the way. A community that features
special gathering places where one can go at any given time and see
familiar faces. Places of recreation, culture, education, commerce, and
entertainment—all serving as ports of entry for residents, newcomers,
and visitors. Waterset has planned pathways to wander with an
expectation of orderly wonder and purposeful connections with waterways
to navigate from lake to lake, creek to wetlands, and back home again.
This is our new real town, a place that celebrates a rich, diverse
community life. A place called Waterset.
