Waterset Adds D.R. Horton to its Builder Lineup
Newland Communities has selected D.R. Horton as its newest builder in the Apollo Beach community of Waterset.
Waterset is owned in a joint venture partnership between NORTH AMERICA SEKISUI HOUSE, LLC (NASH), the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., Japan’s largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer, and Newland Real Estate Group, LLC, whose development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of the community. Waterset is one of more than 30 communities the NASH-Newland partnership owns together in 11 states across the United States.
D.R. Horton, which has been recognized as the top homebuilder in the U.S. for more than 13 years in a row, will offer homebuyers seven different floor plans , ranging from three to five bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half baths. Floor plans will include both single story and two story homes.
Construction is already underway on a model home, which is expected to open by late February, 2016. The Lantana is a single level, three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home with and optional den and approximately 2,045 square feet of living space. It offers a spacious kitchen, which flows into the great room; and a well-appointed master suite.

Homes are expected to range between 1,844 square-feet to 2,806 square-feet and will be priced from the $220s.
