Convenience at Every Entrance: New Publix Coming This Year
One of the most exciting additions for residents is the projected opening of a new Publix right off 30th Street. This new location will mark an important milestone – a Publix near every entrance of Waterset. From quick grocery trips to specialty finds, having a Publix at every corner will make daily errands more convenient than ever for our residents.
New Homes and Neighborhood Growth
Waterset is growing, and 2026 is just the beginning of the next chapter. Looking ahead to 2026, we are thrilled for the upcoming development of a new section featuring Townhomes and Bungalows by David Weekley and Townhomes by Cardel Homes. These new products will offer a variety of styles and layouts designed to meet the diverse needs of our community members. This expansion is designed to complement the Waterset lifestyle while keeping residents close to all the amenities and charm that make our community so special.
Exciting Developments at The Yard
The Yard continues to grow as a vibrant hub for shopping, dining, and socializing. New businesses are projected to open in 2026, and we couldn’t be more excited. The Greyson, a popular sports bar, is making great progress in Phase 1. In Phase 2, Swig is projected to be joining the mix, bringing its beloved drinks to the neighborhood, and Foxtail Coffee is also projected to enter The Yard, offering a cozy spot to gather and enjoy a cup of coffee. The Yard is becoming the perfect place to connect, relax, and enjoy the Waterset lifestyle.
