Stop by The Waterset Information Center
If you haven’t already, one of your first stops should be the Waterset Information Center located down on Wolf Creek Drive. Think of this as your go-to resource for all things Waterset. When you stop by, you can see a beautiful map of the entire community, learn more about the neighborhood and amenities, and get answers to any questions you may have about Waterset or the surrounding area. We have all the Waterset scoop and we even have a special welcome gift waiting for you. It’s the perfect way to start feeling right at home.
Get Your Resident Access Pass
Once you close on your house, there’s one very important next step before you dive into all the fun. Be sure to bring your closing papers and warranty deed to The Waterset Club to receive your resident access pass. The pass will allow you to access all of the incredible amenities Waterset has to offer. Residents over the age of 14 are eligible to receive their own pass, you’ll simply just need to bring a birth certificate to verify their age. As soon as you receive your pass, you’re officially ready to begin enjoying the Waterset lifestyle.
