Fall Events in Waterset - Concerts, Open Houses and Turkey Trot!
Fall is one of the most exciting times of the year at Waterset! From live music and food trucks to open houses and a beloved Thanksgiving tradition, there are plenty of ways to get out, enjoy the community, and make memories with friends and family.
Whether you're a Waterset resident, a local neighbor, or simply looking for something fun to do in Apollo Beach, mark your calendars for these upcoming events!
Concerts for a Cause
Grab your friends and family and join us at The Lakeside for Concerts for a Cause, a free concert series hosted by Brookfield in support of Feeding Tampa Bay.
We'll be hosting four Saturday evening concerts throughout October and November, featuring live music, food trucks, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy an evening together at The Lakeside. Food Trucks will be on-site at 5PM and concerts will begin at 6PM.
The concerts are free and open to the public. We kindly ask attendees to bring a non-perishable food donation to support Feeding Tampa Bay. A donation truck will be on-site at each concert to make dropping off your donation very easy.
Bring a blanket or lawn chair, grab some dinner from one of the food trucks, and settle in for evening of live music. It's the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful fall evening in Waterset!

Waterset Fall Open House
Looking for a new home in Waterset? You can combine your home search with a night of live music during our Waterset Open House Weekends.
On the final two weekends of our Concerts for a Cause series, our Quick Move-In homes that are ready now will be open for you to explore.

Sunday, November 15 – 12:30PM-5PM
Tour our Quick Move-In homes at your own pace and get a firsthand look at the homes, floorplans, and features available in Waterset. Then, when the sun starts to go down, head over to The Lakeside for an evening of live music during Concerts for a Cause. It's a great opportunity to explore what life in Waterset could look like – all in one weekend.
Waterset Turkey Trot
What better way to kick off Thanksgiving than a morning run (or walk) alongside your neighbors?
The Waterset Turkey Trot is back for its 11th anniversary on Thanksgiving morning, and we're looking forward to making this year's race our biggest one yet!
The 5K race will begin at 8am at The Lakeside, followed by The Kids' Fun Runs. Whether you're a seasoned runner, looking for a fun way to get moving before your Thanksgiving feast, or bringing the kids out for their first race, the Turkey Trot is a fun tradition for the whole family. Even better, all proceeds from the race are donated to local public schools in Apollo Beach, helping support students and schools right here in our community. It's a fun morning, a great cause, and a wonderful way to start the holiday surrounded by family and friends.
