Begin your visit at the Waterset Information Center at 5374 Wolf Creek Drive, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Our Community Specialists will:
• Share an up-to-date list of 20+ open quick move-in homes
• Point you to all 13 model homes you can tour
• Answer questions about builders, pricing, HOA, schools, and more
From there, you’re free to tour at your own pace and get a real feel for life at Waterset!
During both Parade of Homes weekends, Waterset will be opening the doors to:
• All available quick move-in homes, ready when you are
• 13 beautifully furnished model homes from our trusted builder team
• A wide range of home styles and price points, including options in our 55+ active adult neighborhood
All model homes and quick move-in homes will be open on Saturdays from 10:30am-5pm, and 12:30pm-5pm on Sundays.
