Located 23 miles from MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Waterset is the perfect place for military families with many active duty and retirees already calling the community home. With a selection of homes and Quick Move-In options available, we'll help you find your new home base and make the move as seamless as possible.
In the event a member of your household is deployed, Waterset will take care of mowing the lawn for the duration of their leave. It's just one small way we can say "thanks" to our military residents. Just download your request form and bring it to the Information Center, located inside The Landing Club & Café.
