Open House

Dates: November 7-8 & 14-15, 2026

Time: Saturdays from 10:30am-5:00pm, 12:30pm-5:00pm on Sundays

Location: 5374 Wolf Creek Drive, Apollo Beach

Tour more homes in one visit during our Open House Event! Over two weekends, we’re opening all the doors to our quick move-in homes that are available now for you to tour at your leisure. Plus, our 17 model homes are open daily! While you’re here, take time to explore Waterset itself – a vibrant, master-planned community in Apollo Beach with three clubhouses, resort-style pools, fitness centers, dog parks, playgrounds, and miles of trails that make it easy for neighbors of all ages to connect.

Whether you're actively house hunting or just want a fun weekend out, we've got something for everyone. Here's what to expect during our Fall Open House weekends this November.

Open House: 10:30am-5:00pm on Saturdays and 12:30pm-5:00pm on Sundays

  • Tour at Your Own Pace: All quick move-in homes will be open for touring throughout the day, no appointment needed.
  • Explore 17 Models: Walk through our full lineup of townhomes, bungalows, single-family homes, and 55+ active adult designs.
  • Talk to the Experts: Our on-site team and builder partners will be on hand to answer questions about floor plans, pricing, and financing.

Concerts for a Cause: 6 PM to 9 PM

  • Live Music: Unwind with live entertainment as the sun sets over Waterset.
  • Food Trucks On Site: Grab dinner from our rotating lineup of local food trucks.
  • Give Back: Bring a non-perishable food donation to support Feeding Tampa Bay and the Community Cupboard. Every item helps a neighbor in need.
