The Waterset Club offers social and fitness hub for top-rated community
Waterset by Newland Communities, one of the most popular communities in Tampa Bay, has opened its third amenity located at 7281 Paradiso Drive in Apollo Beach. The Waterset Club offers indoor and outdoor activities for residents of all ages.
The highlight of The Waterset Club is an inviting 5,566 square-foot clubhouse which features a game room, state-of-the-art fitness center and a gathering room with kitchen facilities which residents may reserve for special occasions or meetings. The community’s HOA and CDD offices are also located in the clubhouse.
Outdoors, residents can enjoy a luxurious u-shaped, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with waterslides. There’s also a separate lap pool. The 5.2-acre site features plenty of space for sports, with courts for basketball, tennis and pickleball, as well as beach volleyball.
“We asked residents what they wanted in a new amenity, and The Waterset Club is the direct result of that input,” said Pam Parisi, vice president of marketing for Newland Communities. “Resident feedback influenced not only the design of the clubhouse, but the type of pools selected and the athletic courts chosen. The Waterset Club has something for everyone and is a wonderful complement to The Landing, our existing information center and café, which features a cardio room and pool.”
