Waterset Ranked in the Top 50 Master Planned Communities!
Once again, Waterset was ranked in the Top 50 MPC’s by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors. Since 1967, RCLCO has been the “first call” for real estate developers and non-real estate companies seeking strategic and tactical advice. RCLCO regularly lists the top Master-Planned Communities in the United States, and Waterset has made the list every year starting in 2016.
Waterset, one of only 8 Florida communities to make the list, is ranked at #48. Two other Newland Communities, the Washington-based Tehaleh and Arizona-based Estrella also made the list.
