Design-It-Yourself Allows You to Customize Your Dream Home
David Weekley Homes has introduced a brand-new way to build a new home: a Design-It-Yourself floor plan, featured in their model home, the Serefina. Your new home is split up into five zones, and you can personalize each one according to your preferences.
Zone 1 is your kitchen and dining room, and options include a built-in desk, sunroom, or separate dining room. Zone 2 allows for a formal dining room and study with a powder bath, or a guest retreat with a private full bathroom - perfect for multigenerational living. Zone 3 lets you choose between a 2-3 car garage.
Zones 4 and 5 cover your owner’s retreat and secondary bedrooms, and the options for customization are staggering. Do you want two secondary bedrooms, or an extended owner’s retreat? Do you want one large walk-in closet or two? Best of all, each option includes a spa-like bathroom with separate sinks, a super shower, and a soaking tub.
Additionally, you can customize your lanai and add a second-story bonus room. With so many ways to choose, the options are almost endless!
