Meet Grant Richardson, Sales Consultant at David Weekley Homes in Waterset and current resident!
As a Tampa native, Grant Richardson knows the area – and as an influencer on Instagram with his husband, he’s seen a lot of what Tampa Bay and the surrounding area has to offer. When choosing a place to work and live, Grant chose Waterset!
For an active and fun-loving guy like Grant, Waterset offered the perfect blend of things to do. “With just over 13 miles of walking and biking trails, you have plenty of space to get a quick morning jog or walk in with the dogs,” explains Grant. After a trail run? Grant prefers to head over to The Landing Café and have a bite to eat and sit out on the lake and watch the beautiful wildlife that Florida has to offer. When he needs a little downtime, you can find Grant relaxing by one of the two pools at The Waterset Club.
Grant works with David Weekley Homes here in Waterset, giving him both a short commute and a unique take on the community. When asked to pick his favorite floor plan here in Waterset, Grant chose the Tangelo. He says, “It has everything you need all on one level. Between the spacious kitchen/family room and the walk-in closets, it’s everything you would want in a forever home.”
