Coming in 2018…
2017 was an exciting year for Waterset. We saw the opening of the Waterset Charter School, the groundbreaking of the newest Waterset amenity, and we were named one of the top 50 master-planned communities in the country. In 2018, we plan to grow Waterset into an even bigger and better community for our residents to enjoy.
2018 will see the addition of about 300 new neighbors, giving our residents more opportunities to socialize and enjoy. From The Lakeside to The Landing, we are happy to offer something for everyone. Construction on a segment of new homes is also underway in the southernmost part of the community.
If you drive along Paradiso Drive in Waterset, you’ll see the construction on the Waterset Club well underway! This stunning new amenity will feature a zero-entry pool with a slide for the little ones, and a separate lap pool. Residents will be able to enjoy an indoor fitness center or outdoor basketball, tennis, and sand volleyball as well - all in time for summer! A new Model Row is projected to open late summer.
Finally, we have some near-and-dear Waterset traditions that we can’t wait to continue next year! As Waterset grows, so will the Waterset Wave, our residents’ community newsletter. We also plan to continue our charitable efforts including the Eisenhower Middle School & East Bay High School iPad giveaways, Concerts for a Cause at The Lakeside, and the Waterset Turkey Trot!
