Pulte Homes to Build Villas in Waterset
Waterset by Newland Communities is pleased to add Pulte Homes, one of the country’s most recognized names in home construction, to its list of homebuilders.
Pulte Homes will offer two, single-story villa floor plans, The Serenity and The Cressida. The Serenity features two bedrooms and two baths, while The Cressida has two to three bedrooms and two baths. Both floor plans stand out for their versatile, open living spaces which are perfect for entertaining.
