Beazer Homes Opens New Model
Beazer Homes has officially opened their new model home in Waterset! The Bayview is a single-story home that sits at a comfortable 2,228 square feet. The model home features a well-appointed interior with three bedrooms and a study. The floor plan features the option for a fourth bedroom in lieu of the study. The spacious lanai of the model home features a swimming pool and spa.
Beazer will offer a variety of one- and two-story floor plans in the master-planned community of Waterset, ranging from 2,018-2,599 square feet and start in the $270s.
