Waterset Opens 3 New Townhome Models
Waterset builder Park Square Homes has opened three new townhome models, ready for you to tour! Park Square has introduced a total of 9 townhome floor plans, ranging from 1,522-2,024 square feet and starting at just $204,990.
Family-started and still family-run, Park Square Homes has been in the homebuilding business since 1984. Park Square operates out of Central Florida, but has been building in the Tampa area since 2007. Park Square Homes combines quality and performance for a home you’ll live in and love for years to come.
Their new townhomes in Waterset are no exception. These 3-4 bedroom homes are intimate yet inviting, with open floor plans that are perfect for entertaining. Choose from floor plans featuring a front-entry garage or a rear-entry detached garage. No matter what plan you choose, you’ll love the convenience of a kitchen island, as well as a powder room perfect for guests.
Start your tour of the townhome models at the Reagan floor plan, the largest of the front-entry garage plans. As you walk through the side entry, you are greeted by a spacious kitchen that boasts a breakfast bar and prep island, as well as an elegant gathering room. Upstairs, the loft can be converted into a fourth bedroom.
Next, explore the Kennedy model. Offering a hearty 1,572 square feet of living space, the Kennedy boasts three bedrooms upstairs, as well as a tech area with optional built-in desks. Downstairs, you’ll love the open kitchen and dining nook, plus the roomy gathering area.
Finally, you won’t want to miss the Washington! Life-friendly features include under-the-stairs storage and an option “stop-and-drop” zone. On the second floor, a split staircase makes a dramatic impression and allows privacy for the oversized owner's suite, which sits on its own side of the home.
