Why Waterset is "Our Forever Home"
For the Pattersons, nothing is more important than family - and Waterset makes the perfect backdrop for this family to grow and thrive. Each member of the family has something different they love about Waterset.
Dad Jeremy loves that Waterset is a Newland Community. “We first got introduced to Newland living in FishHawk Ranch. It just felt like they took a lot of consideration in preparing and planning this community. It’s a great investment and that’s why I chose Newland. I just love everything that they do.”
Vanessa, the Patterson family Mom, thinks that Waterset has a family-friendly “sense of community.” Vanessa explains, “Waterset feels like home because of my great neighbors, the great neighborhood, the sense of community, the sense of family, and all the great events.”
Jeremy and Vanessa’s son, Justin, says, “It’s really nice. It’s always sunny and it helps brighten my day. It’s really cool to walk around and see all the people and say hi.”
Alexis, their younger daughter, loves that there is so much to do. “If I could describe Waterset in one word, it would be adventurous. You’re never bored.”
Finally, the Patterson Family pup, Brooklyn, is a big fan of Waterset as well. Alexis says, “This is a good place for him to be because there’s lots of space for him to run around and play and at the dog park he can make new friends. There’s lots of green space.” Justin agrees, “ I feel like he probably loves the place. There’s so much stuff to do for him. The dog park is nice.”
