“If I could describe Waterset in one word, it would be beautiful.”

Diverse. That’s the word that Jon uses to describe Waterset, and we have to say, it’s pretty true. From the range of home plans to the people to the things to do, Jon is happy to talk about all the things that make Waterset diverse.

First, Jon explains the diverse home offerings he found in Waterset. “I was trying to be very careful not to buy too much house and not too little house. That’s the thing I loved about Waterset - there were a lot of great options for different kinds of homes here at every different price point. When I looked around at other communities, that wasn't the case,” he explains. “This house was the perfect size for me.”

Jon also loves the variety of views and wildlife. “There’s always something amazing to look at here. I mean, there’s cranes, there’s otters, and ducks and every kind of bird you could possibly imagine. I always see something new.”

Furthermore, there’s a broad range of types of people. “Here in Waterset [there are] people local to Tampa, military, non-military, retirees. You’ve got millennials. You’ve got kids starting their lives and you’ve got people retiring here. I don’t think that’s true of most communities. It’s nice to have that blend.”

Finally, Jon mentions the many choices of amenities, including the new Waterset Club. “[My dog] and I really love these long walks on the trails...We go to the dog park. I also love the new amenity...our splash pad and our other pool that we have at The Landing - I don’t think there’s another community that will have as many amenities as we do. There’s always something going on.”

Jon sums it up perfectly:
