Treasure Hunters Wanted!
This month, seek hidden treasure and the chance to win $200 throughout Newland Communities’ Tampa Bay developments, FishHawk Ranch and Waterset.
To celebrate this year’s Parade of Homes, Newland Communities will host a treasure hunt experience supported by geocaching to help visitors truly experience our communities and explore our 35 model homes. Residents are welcome to play along, as well.
To participate in the geocaching treasure hunt, players use specific GPS coordinates and/or clues to discover items hidden within each Newland community. Players pick up a tip sheet at any community Welcome Center and also have the option to download a free geocaching phone application to receive additional tips and coordinate information. The first player to find all of the treasures in all three communities wins a $200 gift card. Up to 10 second place winners will win $100 gift cards. Other prizes can be earned at each community.
This special event takes place April 11 thru May 1, so hurry in and join the fun!
